2017年2月17日，加拿大国际贸易法庭（CITT）发布公告称，此前根据CanimexInc.公司的申请，对原产于中国的碳钢紧固件（Certain Carbon Steel Fasteners）双反措施发起期中复审，现决定修改此前裁决，钢制带肩螺栓等特定产品（具体包括：shoulder bolts made of steel, grade 5, andzinc-plated, with a hexagonal head, an unthreaded cylindrical shoulder sectionranging from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch in diameter, and a threaded section that issmaller in diameter than the shoulder ranging from 3/8 inch to 7/8 inch inlength and between 10-24 and 5/8-11 in common thread sizes）将不再适用此前的贸易救济措施，该决定自2016年5月16日生效。
本案原审调查发起于2004年4月，涉案金额约为900万加元。2005年1月，加开始对涉案产品征收反倾销税和反补贴税。2015年1月，经日落复审，CITT决定继续维持原贸易救济措施。
